Designing Your Kitchen
Designing and making kitchens happen keeps me busy! But I am never to busy to sit down and talk to a new client about thier design ideas for their new kitchen. I love to see the excitement and anticipation that clients demonstrate as they pull out thier pictures and begin to tell me about why they want a new kitchen and what they want when they are finished. Questions, questions, questions!
Most of my clients have been thinking about a new kitchen for quite some time. "We were going to do it first and now five years have gone by! Or ten or even fifteen! "He likes contemporary, but I like traditional." "We were thinking about 'this' but now we are convinced we should do 'that'!
Those early conversations are ones I remember throughout the project.
People are always telling me they would love to have my job. And when I think about why I enjoy it so, the 'fun' is always in the planning. The more kitchens we finish, the more ideas I have for new kitchens. We are proud that we can say none of our kithens look alike. I like to think this is because we listen to our clients and produce unique products that always reflect our philosophy to reflect the architecture of the home and the personality of the client.
I'm new to blogging, but I am looking forward to sharing my thoughts and ideas about designing and building kitchens.
