Gatewood

These Gatewood homeowners had a fun, funky style, and we ran with it. This master bathroom remodel grew out of a need for second-floor laundry paired with a small, underperforming bathroom that lacked counter space, storage, and natural light.

To bring in more light, we designed a glass corner shower and added an LED can light overhead. Turquoise wall tile installed in a vertical stack makes the low ceiling feel taller, and a built-in niche provides convenient shampoo storage.

Terrazzo countertops and a matching shower threshold pair beautifully with a ceramic floor tile featuring a Terrazzo print. The artsy owner added her own personal touch, hand-painting a mural on the vanity wall and applying opaque window stickers for privacy.
